Kairen is a Company that Energizes Japan
with the Power of Sweet Potatoes

We use the nutrition of Sweet potatoes without waste.
Kairen is actively working on the development of various sweet potato products, including processing sweet potatoes used for Japanese shochu.
At Kairen, we not only make use of the flesh of the nutritious sweet potatoes, but also their skin.
That is because there are plenty of active ingredients packed in the skin that people will normally throw away.
Vegetables are to be eaten as a whole, including the skin.

Kairen believes that this is the best way to easily ingest the necessary nutrients. It means eating vegetables intact as they are, to avoid unnecessary additives.
Kairen produces and processes sweet potatoes on our own. We are a group of experts in "sweet potatoes" that know the vegetable very well.
We hold firm to our belief in using safe vegetables that are edible, skin and all, bringing out the “power of sweet potatoes” in various forms and transforming them into greater value.
Tasty and delicious, of course, but we will also promote health and beauty with sweet potatoes.
