We actively participate in and sponsor local festivals and events, in order to revitalize the areas where our main office and factory is located. Led by our chairman and president, many employees participate in Kagoshima's "Akune Midokoi Summer Festival" held in Akune City every year, including the parade and "Hanya Soodori (dance)". We also offer our own asparagus to the BBQ gathering at the "Akune Midokoi Festival" in the fall. We value our local residents who are supportive to us.

Akune City Event

• Akune Midokoi Summer Festival in July

  This is the largest festival in Akune City. Events such as parades and Hanya dances are held. Along with live performances from Akune Hanya and Kagoshima Ohara, there are about 2,000 people dancing together shouting "Yoisa, yoisa".

• Fall Festival

  “Akune Midokoi Festival” is held twice a year, once in the summer and once in the fall. The fall festival is a celebration of food where a large barbecue gathering is held and fireworks are displayed. About 8000 fireworks shoot up from Akune new port into the sky, beautifully coloring the night.
