We believe each employee is continuously learning and growing. That's because we are a company that has always been growing with the times. Kairen was founded in 1999 as a warehouse business. Since then, we have challenged various fields according to the demands of time, i.e. developing sweet potato as a shochu ingredient which Kagoshima is now proud of, and creating sweets and supplements using the world's first manufacturing methods. We continued to change and evolve based on the needs of time. In the coming era, we believe only companies that can change and evolve their business can survive. So, we hope that you not only do the work given but also challenge new things. Even if you cannot achieve this goal immediately, we will help correct your trajectory based on the situation while working together. Don't be afraid of failing, because challenge leads to change.
